As part of their continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. What We're Looking For Proven Paraplanning experience within financial planning / wealth management Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (Level 4) or equivalent Strong understanding of the end to end advice process Excellent product, provider and risk analysis skills Solid grasp of regulatory and governance requirements Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident report writer with strong numeracy Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning systems The Benefits Private Medical Insurance Life Assurance (8x salary) Very generous pension contribution Share save scheme 25 days holiday + option to buy/sell additional days Hybrid working If you're an experienced Paraplanner who cares about quality, collaboration and professional development, let's talk.
