Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant for our family run client in Wickford 3 days per week 9am to 5pm (flexi on actual days).

The role:

• Deal with customer queries via telephone and email. These queries involve Supplier Forms, Credit Notes/Refunds, Copy Invoices, Credit Applications, email address updates.
• Posting NatWest BACS Payments
• Credit control including emailing monthly statements, emailing dunning letters, chasing invoices for accounts that have gone on stop and chasing payment on accounts for payments received without a remittance.
• Create and email Monthly Invoices
• Invoice entry
• Cover Purchase Ledger for other team member holidays.
• Any other duties which may reasonably be required commensurate with the skills and experience of the post holder

The person:

• Experience working within an accounts environment
• A versatile, lateral thinker with good rounded experience
