PAYROLL -Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager you'll ensure the smooth running of client payroll and be the middle person between the operational service and the client, you will need to be really organised, project minded and be able to resolve client queries quickly.

Description

• Manage the delivery of accounting and finance services to clients, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Act as the primary contact for client queries and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service levels and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
• Prepare and present service performance reports to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support team members in achieving their targets and professional development goals.

Profile

A successful Service Delivery Manager should have:

• Experience in managing service delivery within payroll.
• Be happy in a non payroll processing role.
• Strong background in senior payroll/payroll management
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Understanding of compliance requirements within the industry.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Offer

• Salary of £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Customer and Employee Referral schemes.
