Employee Benefits Consultant - Healthcare

Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare Insurance Adviser with a strong background in advising on and managing SME healthcare insurance policies to join their established team.

The Role

The role will focus on the management and development of an existing portfolio of SME clients, ranging from smaller businesses through to larger organisations with varying and more complex requirements.

A key focus of the role will be providing high-quality, tailored advice and guidance, ensuring each client receives a solution that is appropriate to their individual circumstances, needs and objectives.

Building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and insurers will be central to the role, alongside delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice on healthcare insurance products and solutions
• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of SME clients
• Understanding clients' individual requirements and providing tailored advice
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Supporting client retention and identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships
• Ensuring all advice and client activity is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
• Completing initial and ongoing product, regulatory and compliance training
• Keeping up to date with developments across the healthcare insurance market and available products
