Management Accountant

As a German speaking Management Accountant in North Birmingham, you'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support financial planning.
• Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.
• Assist in forecasting and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Oversee cost management and evaluate cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
• German GAAP experience
• Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position based in North Birmingham.
