A well-established Top 30 UK accountancy firm is strengthening its Private Client Tax team and is looking for an ambitious Senior Manager / experienced Manager ready to step up.

This is far from a compliance-heavy private client role.

You'll work with HNW & UHNW individuals, families, trusts and complex international structures, with significant exposure to advisory work.

The opportunity includes:

Private client tax planning & advisory
IHT and succession planning
International & cross-border tax
Offshore trust structures
OMB restructuring
M&A, demergers & tax due diligence
HMRC enquiries & dispute resolution
Direct Partner/Director exposure
Team leadership & mentoring
