I'm working with a high-growth, PE-backed organisation that's looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a role for someone who's naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. You'll be working closely with senior leadership on:

Forecasting and budgeting Variance analysis and performance reporting Financial modelling and scenario planning Board and investor reporting Business partnering across multiple stakeholders.
You'll gain exposure far beyond a typical analyst position and have the opportunity to play a genuine role in supporting a rapidly scaling business.

Qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Strong Excel and modelling skills Experience producing management information and stakeholder reporting Commercial mindset and analytical approach.
