Assistant Client Manager

This role requires a proactive approach to client service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of commercial drivers. Managing workload, stakeholders and deadlines will be a key part of the role.

There is an opportunity to help shape the service provided, with the ideal candidate being able to suggest improvements and additions to our services.

You'll be encouraged to grow your confidence and skills, take ownership where appropriate, and move steadily toward a Client Manager position.

The Responsibilities:

• As main point of contact with your clients
• Sharing knowledge, experience and insights with team members. Delegate where needed - we believe strongly in the Task Triangle and Delegate to Elevate.
• Manage your portfolio of clients to ensure that submissions are all delivered ahead of deadline, including accounts, VAT returns, etc.
• Drive and motivate yourself to acquire new knowledge and skills to be the best that you can be.
• Identify, communicate and implement opportunities to improve processes that contribute to the improvement of the business.

Package:

• Starting Salary £45,000 - £50,000
• 23 days holiday + BH
• 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
• Flexible working hours
