Whether you're an experienced adviser looking for greater ownership, a qualified trainee looking for the right support to develop, or someone looking to transition into advice, this opportunity offers the flexibility, infrastructure and support to help you build a successful long-term career.

You'll have access to dedicated paraplanning and administration support, allowing you to focus on what matters most - building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality financial planning.

Self-Employed Financial Adviser
Designed for advisers who want to build their own business with the backing of an established practice.

Package includes:

• 70% Initial Advice Fee split
• 50% Ongoing Advice Fee split
• Revenue splits increase over time
• Existing clients provided to help you get started
• Full paraplanning and administration support
• Discount available on future purchase of your client bank

This provides the opportunity to build a valuable recurring income stream while having the support and infrastructure of an established practice behind you.

Employed Financial Adviser
Ideal for advisers who want the security of employment while continuing to develop their advice career.

Package includes:

• Salary between £40,000 - £50,000
• 70% of Initial Advice Fees generated above a £65,000 threshold
• Full paraplanning and administration support
• Coaching and ongoing adviser development
• Opportunity to progress into a self-employed model

Academy & Development Opportunities
For those who have completed their Level 4 Diploma but require further support before advising independently, full training and coaching is available to help you progress confidently into the adviser role.
