Halliday Marx are in partnership with an exceptional hospitality business who are looking to hire a Financial Controller on an interim basis for 18 months.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the day-to-day financial control, reporting, and fp&a
Lead, manage and develop a finance team of 8
Oversee month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
Ensure strong financial controls, processes and governance are maintained
Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business
Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
Drive improvements across finance processes and systems
Provide commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making
Work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team
