Location: Kingston Upon Thames

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Lead Financial Planner to lead and grow a successful Financial Planning office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser or Practice Manager looking to combine client-facing advice with leadership, people management, and business growth responsibilities.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the office, support and develop advisers and operational staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitable growth while continuing to build and service your own client portfolio.

You must be level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum), an experienced Financial Planner, able to demonstrate a track record of delivering organic business growth and have experience of managing / leadership.

Basic salary to £80k + generous bonus scheme, pension and benefits.
