Legal Cashier / Finance Assistant

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Posting transactions to client and office accounts
• Managing the purchase ledger
• Completing regular bank reconciliations
• Handling financial transactions and calculating client interest
• Checking and processing bills and completion statements
• Managing petty cash

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier (we may consider a Finance Assistant with a professional services background)
• A strong work ethic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• A solid understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
