Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next career move?

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected Financial Services Practice based in Farnham. This is a varied role within a friendly and collaborative team, providing administrative support to colleagues and clients.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Practice, colleagues and clients
• Collate and maintain information for reports and portfolio reviews
• Handle client and provider enquiries and correspondence
• Liaise with providers and follow up with clients for information and documentation
• Manage new business submissions through to completion
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Provide proactive support to colleagues and ensure client requirements are dealt with efficiently
• Assist with general office and administrative duties

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Financial Services or IFA experience would be advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good time-management and planning abilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues and third parties
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally
• A proactive, positive and reliable approach
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop
