Payroll Coordinator (Full time or Part Time considered)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team based in Petersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Managing payroll data, including starters, leavers, and changes to employee records.
• Calculating statutory payments, deductions, overtime, and pensions.
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation.
• Submitting payroll information and reports as required.
• Responding to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Supporting payroll audits and year-end processes.

Requirements

• Previous payroll experience is essential.
• Experience using Sage Payroll and/or BrightPay is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Due to the location and nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
