Business Services Manager

You will play a key role in managing a team, overseeing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business services department, all while working within a supportive and progressive environment.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounts and business services work
• Review work prepared by junior members of the team, providing guidance and support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Assist with the management and development of the wider business services team
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support business development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or QBE with relevant experience
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and supervising staff
• Strong technical accounts and business services knowledge, including UK GAAP
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
