Business Services Manager

The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, providing a full range of accounting, tax, and advisory services while mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, acting as the primary point of contact
• Review and finalise statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations
• Provide proactive business advisory support to clients, identifying opportunities for added value
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the team
• Liaise with partners on billing, WIP management, and client service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience at Manager level within practice
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, with up to date UK GAAP/IFRS awareness
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
