Management Accountant - 12-Month FTC

Bicester Hybrid Up to £53,000

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an exciting and growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC.

Strong SAP experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and lead month-end/year-end close.
• Analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts, investigating variances.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions.
• Monitor project performance, revenue, margins and WIP.
• Analyse labour utilisation, overheads and operational costs.
• Support tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and standards.

About You

• Strong, hands-on SAP experience is essential.
• Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
• A strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
