Description

• Process daily financial transactions, including client and office account payments.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle client ledger queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
• Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.

Profile

A successful Senior Legal Cashier should have:

• Experience in legal cashiering within a professional services environment.
• A solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and compliance requirements.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and managing workload.

Job Offer

• 35 hours a week (between the hours of 09.00-17.00) - 1 hour for
• 6 month opportunity.
