Finance Manager - Investment Properties

Ambient People is recruiting an interim Finance Manager, overseeing an investment property portfolio for a central London local authority.

You will manage the ongoing finances, including rent and service charge collection, for a group of non-housing investment properties. Prior experience of rent and service charge accounting for non-housing assets would be hugely advantageous.

You must be able to commit to two days office working as standard.
