Management Accountant

I'm recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing business in the Midlands, who are working through a fixed period of long term sick leave. The current post holder leaves late September so the plan would be to handover for 1 week.

Required Experience:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting.
• Produce budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to management.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and perform balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Prepare financial reports and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes.
• Work closely with operational and senior management teams.
• Ideally AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified, with strong Excel and accounting-system experience.

They will be interviewing over the next 2 weeks, via Teams. This is a one stage process with offer to the suitable candidate looking to be made imminently.
