The company have recently gone through a restructure and they need an extra pair of hands to support them with tidying up processes and a backlog of work.

Description

Duties and tasks for the Accountant post:

• Analysis of financial data and financial modelling with company profitability and assets
• Preparation of management accounts, including implementing internal control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and identify risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies
• Budgets, forecasting and cashflow management
• Running budget holder meetings and presenting to stakeholders
• Advise on cost-saving opportunities and resource allocation
• Assist in the preparation of audits

Profile

A successful Interim Accountant should have:

• Strong experience in financial management
• Experienced creating and producing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Offer

• Daily rate of 240
• Interim contract based in Liverpool.
• Hybrid working
