| Description: | We're on the hunt for a Regional Manager who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to lead the enterprise team in our Bury St Edmunds branch. As a Regional Manager you will serve as the Senior Enterprise Leader within the branch, holding direct accountability for the performance and outcomes of the Enterprise Hub. So, what does the role of a Regional Enterprise Manager here involve? • Provide strong, effective leadership of the Regional Enterprise Hub, with direct accountability for its performance. Drive and implement the regional strategy in collaboration with the Branch Director, who holds overall accountability for the P&L • Lead and support the Enterprise team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring full compliance with Consumer Duty requirements. Work closely with the Branch Director and Regional Director to achieve financial targets for the Enterprise Hub, the region, and the wider Relationship Broking business • Maintain key internal relationships with Regional and Everywhen stakeholders to support strategic alignment • Establish recruitment needs and take responsibility for the interviewing process and implementation of training procedures for new starters of all direct reports within the team • Oversee all aspects of Enterprise Hub trading in line with budget expectations. Continuously monitor market conditions and sector trends to identify new opportunities, assess performance against competitors, and highlight external threats. • Collaborate with the Branch Director and Regional Director to identify and address barriers to retention and new sales, while actively promoting opportunities for business growth.
