Management Accountant - Hybrid / Home-Based - £55k + Benefits, Camberley

Are you a finalist or recently qualified accountant looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to support this client's Group Finance team, delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis and strong financial control.

Working closely with the Financial Controller you will

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
• Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
• Analyse costs, margins and business performance
• Lead intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Assist with audits, statutory reporting and finance improvement projects
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Sales teams to provide valuable business insight

What You'll Bring

• Part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• (Candidates with a strong QBE management accounting background will also be considered)
• At least 3 years' experience in Management / Financial Accounting
• Thorough month-end, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills and a keen analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
