Description:	Purchase Ledger Controller 30,000 to 38,000 DOE East Kent Hybrid Free Parking We are partnering with this fantastic organisation to source an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller to join a busy Finance function, overseeing the full accounts payable process in a high-volume environment. Key skills & experience: Evidence of strong experience in a supervisory Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role Strong experience managing invoice processing, coding, approvals and payment runs Confident handling supplier reconciliations, queries and discrepancy resolution Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics desirable Good understanding of accounting principles, VAT/tax and financial controls Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations and audit Ability to manage cash-flow/payment forecasting and meet tight deadlines A proactive approach to process improvement and automation Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work across teams and influence stakeholders This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the purchase ledger function and drive improvements across AP processes. On offer is a salary of between 30,000 and 38,000 DOE plus Hybrid working and range of attractive benefits such as subsidised food and drinks and free parking.
