IFA Administrator

Location: Sevenoaks
Hours: Full Time, Office based

A highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its established client support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience supporting advisers within a regulated environment who is looking for long-term career development and progression.

Working closely with senior professionals, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to clients, ensuring documentation, applications and ongoing reviews are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting consultants with all aspects of client administration.
  • Processing applications and monitoring cases through to completion.
  • Preparing client documentation, reports and review packs.
  • Managing client records and updating internal systems.
  • Liaising with clients, third-party providers and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with onboarding and due diligence requirements.
  • Handling client enquiries by phone, email and correspondence.
  • Monitoring outstanding requirements and ensuring service standards are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.

About You

  • Previous experience within wealth management, financial services, professional services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent user of CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Proactive, professional and eager to develop your career.
