Business Services Manager

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
• Oversee the preparation and review of accounts and management information
• Provide proactive business advice to support client growth
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team
• Support the wider partners with practice development initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio at Manager level
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
