Client Manager

We are actively recruiting for a new job opportunity with an accountancy firm in Wellingborough, who are seeking to hire a Client Manager to join their team, with the level of the role and salary on offer flexible.

The salary is negotiable, will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason. The job can be available with hybrid working and flexible hours.

Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end and ad hoc meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of complex accounts for groups ready for Audit.
• Participate in audits and attend planned client site visits as and when operationally required.
• Conduct new client meetings and nurture long-term relationships.
• Review year-end accounts prepared by junior staff.
• Provide proactive tax planning and business advice.
• Collaborate with our financial services team to support long-term retirement planning.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Identify and develop your specialism whether technical, managerial, business development, or systems.
• Contribute to the senior management team and participate in decision-making as you progress.
