Wealth Management Administrator

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established, award-winning financial planning business with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator.

Permanent, full-time position based near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is a fully office-based role supporting Financial Planners and their clients across a broad range of financial planning products.

Salary

Fully Negotiable depending on experience + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners across a range of financial products.
• Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise directly with clients and provide regular updates.
• Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings.
• Track investments and support the implementation of financial plans.
• Process client administration accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of client service throughout the financial planning process.
• Work closely with Advisers and other members of the client service team.

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years' experience within wealth management or financial planning.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new financial services systems.
• Professional, reliable and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
