Description

School Fees Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process student fee invoices accurately and on time.
  • Handle queries related to school fees, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the Finance team with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
  • Management of Accounts Receivable inbox.
  • Be the first point of contact for some of the corporate payers.
  • Assist the school fees and purchasing manager with month end tasks.

Profile

A successful School Fees Finance Assistant should have:

  • Experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial softwares and Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
