About the Role

Reed Accountancy are working with a Bath-based organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to join a dynamic finance team, providing valuable financial insight and partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive performance and support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

We are keen to speak with part-qualified or qualified accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role. You'll be commercially minded, confident working with stakeholders, and able to turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial support, challenge and insight.
• Produce accurate and timely management information, forecasts and budgets.
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Maintain and review inventory costing and stock valuation processes.
• Deliver detailed cost and margin analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare business cases, investment appraisals and financial modelling.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with internal procedures.
