Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

• Accounts Payable (paying suppliers, entering purchase invoices)
• Accounts Receivable (credit control)
• Payroll
• Running of financial reports for directors
• Inter-company transactions
• Insurance (vehicle, professional, public, health etc)
• Utilities and bills at all 3 sites
• Motor Vehicle upkeep
• Website management
• Online Shop management
• Larger IT issues and organising managing relationship with IT provider
• Day to Day issues around the office ordering supplies, cleaning of the offices, general maintenance of the office
• Annual leave spreadsheet
• VAT returns to HMRC
• PAYE to HMRC
• Credit card reconciliations
• Help with any deliveries that need doing and general sales enquires.
• Employee expenses
• Employee pensions
• Setting up new employees on Xero

Salary £32,000-£35,000pa

30-37 hours per week.
