Corporate Tax Associate

An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate to join a highly regarded and well-established Corporate Tax team.

The business works with a broad range of UK and international clients, providing commercially focused advice on complex and interesting tax matters. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work closely with clients and other advisers and gain exposure to a varied caseload.

The role will include advising on:

Corporate tax and M&A transactions
Tax structuring and business reorganisations
VAT and international tax
Tax disputes and clearances
Venture capital and share incentive schemes
Tax deeds, warranties and transaction support

We're looking for someone with:

2-5 years' post-qualification experience
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A commercial and pragmatic approach
The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently

You'll also benefit from a flexible hybrid working approach, with the opportunity to work from home or another UK location for up to 50% of your time.
