This is a newly created opportunity within a growing finance team, offering an Accountant the chance to take ownership of property financial performance while developing their experience across management accounting, cost accounting and property finance. The Opportunity Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be the key finance contact for property management costs, working closely with Asset Management, Customer Services and external managing agents. You'll go beyond traditional month-end accounting by analysing property costs, challenging financial information, supporting budgets and forecasts, and providing insight that helps the organisation make better financial decisions.
