Your new role

As a Tax Partner, you will lead the tax function and play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the practice. You will take responsibility for delivering high-level advisory services while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

• Leading and developing the tax service line, ensuring high standards of delivery
• Managing a portfolio of corporate and private clients, providing expert tax advice
• Driving business development and identifying new growth opportunities
• Advising on complex tax matters, including planning and structuring
• Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing tax team
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards
• Working collaboratively across the wider business to deliver integrated solutions

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially focused and technically strong tax professional with proven leadership experience.

• A relevant professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in a senior tax leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate and/or private client tax
• A demonstrable track record in winning and developing business
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive growth
