Description

• Manage corporate tax compliance and advisory tasks for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and legislative updates.
• Support the wider accounting and finance team with technical tax matters.
• Assist in handling HMRC enquiries and investigations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide tailored tax solutions.
• Ensure timely submission of all tax filings and payments.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or accountancy such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Solid experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines effectively.

Job Offer

• A salary of £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position based in Peterborough.
