Graduate Reinsurance Analyst

We've partnered with a global specialist in high-risk, high-capacity insurance and reinsurance to find a sharp graduate ready to launch their career in the London Market.

This is a front-row seat to how major (re)insurance programmes are designed, negotiated and placed - working directly with brokers, reinsurers and internal teams to shape decisions that impact risk, capital and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Support the placement and renewal of ceded reinsurance programmes
• Build relationships with brokers and reinsurers
• Analyse reinsurance options and their impact on risk and capital
• Help prepare renewal submissions and contract documentation
• Produce data-driven insights on programme performance

What you'll bring:

• 0-2 years' experience; a background in insurance or the London/Lloyd's market is a strong plus
• A Maths (or highly numerate) background, with an A/A at A-Level Maths essential
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort interrogating data
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine appetite to learn fast in a dynamic, analytically driven environment
