Description

• Prepare and review personal tax returns for a range of clients.
• Assist with tax advisory projects, offering practical support to senior team members.
• Communicate with HMRC on behalf of clients to resolve queries.
• Ensure all tax deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.
• Support clients with tax planning opportunities and compliance matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to deliver excellent client service.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Semi Senior should have:

• Experience in preparing personal tax returns within a professional services environment.
• A good understanding of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and HMRC.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tax computations.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications such as ATT or working towards a tax-related certification.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £33,000 to £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
