Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking for a role where you can take greater ownership of the client journey and work closely with Financial Advisers?

We are supporting a growing wealth management business with the appointment of a Client & Adviser Support professional in Manchester.

The role will see you provide end-to-end administrative support across pensions, investments and protection, working closely with advisers, clients, providers and paraplanners to ensure cases progress efficiently through the advice process.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
• Issuing Letters of Authority and obtaining information from providers
• Liaising with clients, advisers and third-party providers
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
• Coordinating quotations and illustrations with internal teams
• Tracking cases against internal service levels
• Chasing outstanding business and progressing applications through to completion
• Liaising with paraplanners to ensure suitability reports are completed ahead of client meetings
• Providing ongoing support to advisers and their clients

The Candidate

You will ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
• Experience processing pensions and investment business
• A good understanding of the financial advice process
• Experience dealing directly with providers
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• A proactive and commercially aware approach

Experience using Xplan would be beneficial, alongside exposure to providers such as Aegon, AJ Bell, Fidelity and Aviva.

RO qualifications would also be advantageous. However, candidates without exams will still be considered where they can demonstrate strong product knowledge and practical experience.
