Finance Business Partner

Some finance roles tell the business what happened.

This one gives you the exposure to influence what happens next.

Supporting senior operational leaders across a complex, multi-site region, you'll turn trading data into practical action uncovering revenue opportunities, challenging unnecessary costs and helping leaders understand what needs to change.

This isn't a first step into business partnering. You'll already have operated as a genuine Finance Business Partner, building relationships with non-finance leaders, challenging decisions and using insight to improve commercial performance.

Now, you're looking for more exposure.

You'll work across different locations, revenue streams, cost areas and commercial challenges, developing a broad understanding of how a large business operates.

You'll be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified accountant with:

• Proven Finance Business Partnering experience

• Strong commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills

• Experience influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders

• The ability to explain finance clearly to non-finance teams

• Strong Excel skills and, ideally, some Power BI experience

Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment would be particularly valuable.
