Transactions Manager - Interim

Location: Ross-on-Wye
Contract: On going
Salary: 40 - 50k

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Transactions Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and transactional finance operations during a key period of business transformation and growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys improving processes, leading teams and ensuring robust financial controls within a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions.
• Drive operational excellence across all transactional finance activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and reconciliations.
• Develop, motivate and support a high-performing finance team.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, operations and external partners.
• Assist with audits and ensure all documentation is maintained to a high standard.
• Provide insightful KPI reporting and performance analysis.

• Proven experience managing transactional finance teams.
• Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
• Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to quickly assess challenges and implement practical solutions.
