| Description: | Milton Keynes Hybrid Working 18-Month FTC Potential Extension We're looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Manager to support a large-scale People Services Hub transformation and payroll migration programme. This role is ideal for someone with a balanced background across HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations who enjoys improving processes, driving change and working with stakeholders across the business. What You'll Be Doing
- Strong experience across both HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations - Experience supporting payroll, people services, HR operations or shared services functions - Exposure to transformation, migration, change or improvement projects - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working Candidates with exposure to any of the following are encouraged to apply: iTrent, Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce, ADP, ResourceLink (Zellis), PeopleXD, MHR, CoreHR, Sage People, Civica or similar HR and Payroll platforms. £55,000 - £67500 + Generous Benefits Please note: deep technical systems expertise is not required. | |
