Description:	People Operations & Payroll Assistant / Initially a 5-month contract position / London, Hybrid / Up to 300 per day (Umbrella rate) Overview: My client, a health research organisation are currently looking for a People Operations & Payroll Assistant to join their Team and support with people operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and other people operations duties. Role & Responsibilities: Process and support the monthly payroll, ensuring employee pay is accurate and on time Maintain employee records and update HR and payroll systems with any changes Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding Prepare employment documents such as contracts, offer letters and amendment letters Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR and payroll support Produce reports, ensure data accuracy and help improve HR processes and systems Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in HR administration, People Operations or payroll support positions Good understanding of payroll processes and HR procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data Experience using HR systems and payroll software Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong communication skills Package: Up to 300 per day (Umbrella rate) Hybrid working Beautiful offices in Central London People Operations & Payroll Assistant / Initially a 5-month contract position / London, Hybrid / Up to 300 per day (Umbrella rate)
