Tax Administrator

A growing top 35 accountancy practice is looking for a Corporate Tax Administrator to join its Farnham team.

What you can expect:

You will provide administrative support to the Corporate Tax team, ensuring client tax matters are managed accurately and within deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Corporation Tax payment reminders and drafting client letters and emails.
• Processing Corporation Tax submissions and supporting tax repayments.
• Liaising with HMRC and following up on outstanding queries.
• Monitoring Corporation Tax deadlines and chasing outstanding information.
• Maintaining accurate client records and correspondence.
• Assisting with late filing penalty appeals where appropriate.
• Coordinating professional clearance requests.
• Providing general administrative support to the Corporate Tax team.

About You

Ideally you will have had:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Previous Corporation Tax or tax administration experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
