| Description: | Pure Resourcing Solutions has been exclusively retained to recruit a Finance Manager on behalf of a highly respected, financially robust charitable organisation with significant assets and a longstanding reputation for creating a positive impact across the local community. Following a planned leadership restructure, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join the organisation during an exciting period of change and succession planning. This is a newly created position offering the chance to play a key role within a values-led organisation that combines commercial professionalism with a genuine social purpose. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function whilst managing a small team and supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, controls and analysis. You will be a trusted member of the finance team, helping to ensure robust financial management whilst contributing to ongoing systems development and process improvement initiatives. This role would suit a technically strong, hands-on finance professional who enjoys operating across both strategic and operational activities and is looking for a broad position with genuine variety and influence.
