| Description: | Head of Mortgages Bournemouth / Hampshire £45,000-£50,000 + 20% of generated income An opportunity to build and lead a growing mortgage division. We're working with an established St. James's Place Partner Practice, managing over £1bn in client assets, looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser ready to take the next step beyond a purely advisory role. You'll have an existing client base to work with, Financial Advisers generating internal referrals and the opportunity to develop new business of your own. From there, you'll take ownership of the mortgage offering, improve how it operates and, as it grows, build a wider team around you. What will you be doing?
What are we looking for? We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who is ready to step into a broader commercial and leadership role. You'll ideally have:
Experience within St. James's Place would be beneficial, but isn't essential. The practice is open to advisers from other networks, brokerages and financial planning businesses. Why consider it? You won't be starting from scratch. There's an existing client base, an established source of internal referrals and a business that wants to invest in growing its mortgage offering. For an experienced Mortgage Adviser who enjoys advising but wants more ownership, greater influence and the opportunity to build and lead a team, it's a genuinely interesting next step. | |
