Treasury Team Leader

Transaction Recruitment are supporting a market leading business based in Coventry in their search for an experienced Treasury Team Leader to join their finance function on a permanent basis. You will take ownership of a busy treasury operation covering high-volume payments and multiple bank accounts across a range of currencies, leading a small team to keep cash management and reporting accurate and on schedule. This opportunity offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a fast paced treasury function, maintaining best practices
• Lead a team during an exciting period of growth, making sure targets and deadlines are met
• Oversee high-volume payments, keeping a close watch on accounts, payments and cash positions
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations and reporting across multiple bank accounts and currencies
• Make sure transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Support process improvements to maximise efficiency
