  • Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Compliance Manager
  • Salary: £30-£40,000 (negotiable - depending on qualification and experience)
  • Location: Peterborough
  • Hours: Flexible, normally Monday to Friday 9 - 5:30pm (4pm finish on Friday)


An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection professional has arisen to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation in Peterborough. This is a senior position within the mortgage consultancy division of this prestigious organisation.

You will be responsible for the on site compliance leadership and training within the company's satellite offices and for monitoring their on site call listeners providing leadership and guidance as required. A skilled manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships between various parties in the mortgage provision.

Key Skills:

You will have worked within the Financial Services industry as a Mortgage Adviser for no less than two years and have a strong knowledge of the products available and the compliance requirements. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be organised and be able to work to deadlines. You will need to be a team player and be happy to help other team members at all levels when required.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mortgage Consultant/ Mortgage Adviser

Some key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Ensuring all work is completed in a compliant manner to company standards
  • To assist in the development of the Mortgage department which may include recruiting new personnel
  • To take responsibility for on site compliance and training
  • To manage on site call listeners
  • To manage relationships between listeners and advisers
  • To keep the provision under constant review and recommend to the board any improvements that can be made to the provision or the service.
