Accounts Administrator & Client Training - Accounting & Business Process
Our client are industry experts, who have more than 20 years of expertise in the areas of law, accounting, and software programming, provide practice management software for businesses with a wide range of functionality, from document automation and workflow management, to financial tracking and reporting.
We are looking for an outgoing individual to join the Professional Services Team with a focus on Legal Accounting and/or document management and business processing.
Main duties will involve providing both onsite and online training to clients, as well as participating in documenting new features and the creation of new technical guides. A key part of this role will also include working with the sales team to facilitate deep dive accounting presentations to potential customers when requested.
